From 2023 to 2026, I worked as Art Director for Sephora Brazil, via Árvore.ag. During that time, I designed several banners and adapted assets from major brands for Sephora’s e-commerce site. I also worked on occasional campaigns for the company’s official Instagram account and created various newsletter layouts for its email marketing.
As part of a team focused specifically on Sephora’s e-commerce, one of my biggest daily challenges was adapting the assets sent by international brands such as MAC (as seen in the “takeover” campaign, on Sephora’s homepage, above), Jean Paul Gaultier, and Rabanne (below) into the website’s specific formats, always striving to maintain a balance among the various visual styles.
In addition to expanding existing assets, I was also responsible for designing promotional banners that showcased products available in the store within Key Visuals (KVs) defined by Sephora’s in-house design team, creating specific and diverse visual compositions tailored to promotional periods and e-commerce needs.

As for the content produced for Sephora’s Instagram, the challenge was to strike a balance between providing information, ensuring readability, and staying true to the brand’s key messages in quick-to-read, easy-to-understand posts.
The longer format of the newsletters, in turn, allowed for greater emphasis on and more detailed exploration of the products featured by Sephora, which consistently resulted in visually more appealing, dynamic, and polished layouts (click on the thumbnails below to view each newsletter in detail on a new tab).
